Daily Sunshine: Are You Stuck In The Past?

Today’s Daily Sunshine is a quote from Patrick Henry, a key figure in the American Revolution.

“I like the dreams of the future better than the history of the past.”

It can be far too easy to get stuck in the past. We’re all good at retelling the story, analysing what happened (and why), not moving on; not letting go. But hanging around in the past stops us from living in the present moment and creating the future of our dreams.
