@Susan: Thanks for sharing - so true. Love your tip to your clients about taking on board what they learn from others and tweaking it so it works for them.
How did you mini-vacation go?

@Johneg: Great question! Thank you for asking.
Everything I write is based on experience.
Even when I come across what looks like a jewel online, on a course, in a book or when talking to friends and colleagues, I try it out to see how it works first, before I pass it on to my readers.
Despite that, sometimes the act of writing an article or sending a Daily Sunshine email reminds me about techniques and ideas I might not have been applying often enough lately ;-)

You have tested it and writing form your personal experience or you find some information online?

Yeah, I tell my clients that I can coach all day long yet it's up to them to take the action.

The context of that conversation is using in acknowledgment of them... because of their courageous action... willingness to take risks and do things differently they are seeing positive change in their lives.

I know for myself, that just reading a book or attending a workshop isn't enough for me to really create the change I seek. I've got to actually DO it... try it out... and tweak "it" based upon what that experience teaches me.

So, what action am I willing to take today to turn my wisdom into courageous action...?
I'm going to choose to "let go" and actually take a mini-vaca today.
My inner wisdom requests this and it is courageous for me to honor it because my "Little Me" has all sorts of reasons why I should keep working, working, working.

Thank you for this.
