And, although it was an act of compassion to turn around and face it, what occurred to me one day was just how much my focus on the sad parts effected me today. So, one day I decided to list all of the good parts and "rewrite" my story from that perspective. That was truly an empowering moment. :) Susan I was mired in my “story” for a long time.
