NLP For A Quieter Mind uses accelerated learning techniques, to cover much more than you would normally expect from a 4 day course, but without you having to work any harder.

Learning about NLP – and other related techniques – means you can work directly on the heart of the beliefs that originally triggered the behaviour you want to change and deal with it, permanently – even if it’s a pattern you’ve been running for years.
You’ll learn tools to uncover any beliefs that have been holding you back and how to deal with the excuses we habitually make that stop us really enjoying life and being who we truly want to be.

During the course, we’ll uncover how we accidentally created our habitual responses in the first place, why we get so attached to them and how to finally let go of them.

By the end of the 4 days you’ll be back in the driving seat, more able to choose how to think and how to respond.

There is no need to memorise complicated processes or tools, because you’ll be gaining practical experience of applying these techniques, so they’ll come back to you automatically, after the course. You’ll learn how to make these highly effective techniques and automatic part of your everyday life, allowing you to quickly calm and quiet your mind, no matter how stressed you would previously have been.


NLP For A Quieter Mind is split over two weekends, so that you can go away and start playing with all of this stuff, before the second module. This makes a huge difference to the value you’ll get from the course. That’s why we ask you to attend both weekends.

Courses run from 09:30 to 17:30 on the Saturday and 09:30 to 16:30 on the Sunday

These courses run in the picturesque village of Rockbourne, on the border of Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire, next to the New Forest National Park.

Find directions of how to get to Rockbourne. It’s easily accessible by car from Ringwood, Bournemouth, Southampton and Salisbury, with an excellent train connection from London Waterloo into Salisbury.

Teas, coffees and refreshments are provided at the venue and lunch is available at the local pub or by bringing a packed lunch to take for a walk in the hills and woodland surrounding the village.

Affordable accommodation is available in Rockbourne village, within walking distance of the course, or locally in Sandleheath, Fordingbridge, Ringwood or Salisbury.
